Durham University college accommodation

Lower-cost accommodation will also be available at Collingwood College and Grey College, both located on the University's South Road site. Final prices and booking arrangements will be confirmed in September 2026. Rates are currently expected to be approximately £70 per night, including breakfast.

Both colleges are around a 10-minute walk from the Teaching and Learning Centre, although the precise walking time will depend on the accommodation block allocated. Previous Durham conferences have described the college accommodation in this area as approximately 10–15 minutes from the venue.
